Education

         Angelika Carmichael is a graduate of the National Massage Therapy Institute where she received her Massage Therapy diploma.  At the National Massage Therapy Institute, Angelika became proficient in a variety of massage modalities, in addition to the study of anatomy and physiology, pathology, and kinesiology. This education was put into practice during the completion of clinical hours and fieldwork experience. Massage Therapy is based on the healing powers of human touch, but you can feel comfortable knowing that your Massage Therapist has made a personal and academic investment into your health.

ABHES has been a leader in health education accreditation for over 40 years and a national recognized accrediting agency by the U.S. Secretary of Education since 1968.
The Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools focuses on: recognition, resources, and service when evaluating healthcare education organizations for accreditation.


COMTA is an independent accrediting body for the massage therapy profession.
The Commission on Massage Therapy Accreditation, a non-profit independent body, seeks to improve the quality of education for students seeking education in the fields of massage therapy and bodywork through an accreditation process that reflects the current and emerging professional practice standards.
